Day 4 – CrossFit (Choose Your Poison)

Either: 10k Run/Row or Surprise Workout (box jumps included)

Zach was the trainer today and 5 of us showed up. Kevin and I chose to run while the other 2 guys did the surprise work out and a girl did the row.

I pulled out my old Polar heart rate monitor to track my time, calories and average bpm. Here are my results

Time: 1:13:13 *
Calories: 1,461
BPM: Avg 172

* About half way I started having a very bad discomfort that made me walk about half the time. I will know better next time to prepare to avoid the discomfort.

NOTES: I ran the Peachtree Road Race on 2010 and noticed today I did not nearly struggle as much. My legs are not as fatigued. If I would have prepared better I know I could have done under an hour easily. Can’t wait til next time (kinda – tee – hee)
