Day 9 – Frankie Allen Park

What an awesome day to have a CrossFit/Bootcamp session outside.

Zach was the facilitator for me and 2 others.

Warm Up:

Sprint for 200 meters
Dynamic Stretches on the way back

W.O.D.: AMRAP 20 minutes

100 Sit-Ups
90 Squats
80 Verticle Scissors
70 Lunge Walks
60 Row Boat
50 V-Ups
40 Push Ups
30 Burpees
20 Leap Frogs
Sprint to Victory (up the stairs and jump on top of bench top with a yell)

In the event you were able to complete the first round you would start from the Sprint then 20 leap frogs, 30 Burpees and so on…

Needless to say that I was only able to complete 9 out of 10 within the time given and not able to give a mighty war cry.
