Another beautiful day and who knew it was just the beginning of an awesome day!!

Nathan was the facilitator today and he did a good job at keeping us motivation.

Warm up:

A slight jog to the end of the sidewalk then Dynamic Stretches

We continued to warm up with 3 rounds of sprinting up and touching wall then walk back down

  • Knee highs then go
  • Squat hold then go
  • Lunges then go

We continued to warm up with 3 variations of push ups x 10:

  • Regular
  • Wide Grip
  • Close Reverse

W.O.D.: Push ups and Box (bench) Jumps

This one really worked on endurance.
