Day 11 – CrossFit in the Park

Good morning… I took my dog for a walk around Chastain Park then decided to do an 11am CrossFit/Bootcamp at Frankie Allen Park

Steve, the trainer, and I had a good round (Yup, I was alone). I kinda like the one-on-one attention. The pressure was on to do things right and in good form at my own pace.

Warm Up:

  • Two laps around the tennis court then Dynamic Stretches followed by:
    • 1 set of high steps, push ups, run up and down a hill
    • 1 set of high steps, lunges, run up and down the hill
    • 1 set of high steps, 5 burpees, run up and down the hill

W.O.D.: TABADA 8 rounds of each exercise. 20 seconds on; 10 seconds rest then run a lap around the tennis court

  • Sit ups
  • Plank push ups
  • Super stars
  • Hip flex on bench
