Decided to do 2 a days. Of course, I would go hard core on the 1st WOD then go light on the 2nd just for cardio and form purposes.

Met Ray the owner of CrossFit Peachtree and he was very nice and asked how Jeff and Melissa were.

Warm Up:

  • 800 meter run
  • Stretching with pvc
  • 3 x 3 snatch

W.O.D.: 5 rounds for Time

  • 5 Power clean jerks (95lbs)
  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Pull ups (light green band)
