Day 35 – CrossFit

Nathan was the trainer and I worked out with Sung and Andre

Wam Up:

Skip Rope
Dynamic Stretches

Buy In: Back Squats

35% of max x 5 reps
45% of max x 5
55% of max x 5

Instead of during the warm up, I practiced squatting using the column. Sung and Nathan pointed out that I was not upright enough.

Nevertheless, I have figured out a routine to help improve my flexibility and balance.

W.O.D.: AMRAP

Cash Out:

Complete as many rounds in 15 minutes as you can of:

Handstand push-ups 5 reps (GHD Push Ups)
Weighted Push Ups 25/15, 10 reps (used 25lb weight)
Ring Dips 15 reps (used the yellow band for assistance)

Results: 3 rounds completed – 5 GHD PU, 10 Push Ups with 25lbs., and 10 ring dips – 5 shy of completing the 4th round.
