Warm up:

  • 500 m row
  • Dynamic Stretches

Buy In: Deadlift

  • 75% x 5 (225lbs.)
  • 85% x 3 (275lbs.)
  • 95% x Max Reps

NOTES: MY max deadlift is 320lbs but I stayed at 275lbs. because I am conitnuing to work on form making sure my shoulders go up at the same time as my legs. I learned that at heavy weight my first rep is bad but the 2nd, 3rd, and so on are good.

Cash Out: For time:

  • 95/65 pound SDLHP, 21 reps
  • 400 meter Run
  • 95/65 pound SDLHP, 18 reps
  • 400 meter Run
  • 95/65 pound SDLHP, 15 reps
  • 400 meter Run
  • 95/65 pound SDLHP, 12 reps
  • 400 meter Run

Results: 15:45 Rx

NOTES: I did this RX but I really, really struggled with my 3rd and 4th 400 meter run. I do not know why. I am disappointed because 400 meters is nothing. The SDLDP weight was easy.
