Strength + Progressive Pull-Ups

Went to the Noon class and Kyle was the trainer.

Warm up:

Skip rope
Dynamic Stretches

Buy In: Thruster

70% x 3 (135lbs.)
80% x 3 (145lbs.)
90% x Max Reps (155lbs. x 2)

W.O.D.: Cash Out:

Minute 1: 1 Pull Up
Minute 2: 2 Pull Ups

Minute 3: 3 Pull Ups…….. continue as long as you are able. Your score is your last completed minute. Once you fail, take the following minute off, get back in and try to stick with it. The ladder ends at 20 minutes.

Results: Made it to 13 rounds

Notes: Doing better at kipping pull-ups. I sometimes lose rhythm but for the most part I was able to do at least 5-8 in a row. I did notice I have to do better about getting my chest closer to the bar. I get way above it just not closer.
