Caoched this morning at BTB Ponce – this is my regular schedule now (6am, 7am, 8am, and 9am)

I was late arriving to the gym this morning. Got up at 5:50am but arrived at 6:08 from Buckhead. (ran a couple of lights)

When I arrived, Dennis had let them in which was great and they just returned from their warm up. It’s not like me to be late so it won’t happen again.

No one showed up for the 9am, so I left to get some breakfast and nap before I did the WOD at noon.

Warm Up:

  • 400 meter run
  • Dynamic stretches
  • 10 Med ball cleans
  • 10 Med ball push ups
  • 10 Wall balls
  • Hill run (with med ball)
  • 5 Med ball cleans
  • 5 Med ball push ups
  • 5 Wall balls
  • Hill run (with med ball)
W.O.D.: AMRAP 20 minutes

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 10 Squat Cleans 95/65
  • 10 Ring Dips
Results: Rounds – 7 plus 5 squat cleans
