I went to Louisville, KY on business and felt like having a margarita and some good Mexican food. I remembered that I had a customer/friend who opened up a Mexican restaurant off of Shelbyville Road and decided to visit him. Unfortunately, he was not there but I decided to have a late lunch there anyway.
Here is my review:

I was very disappointed with my experience. I had heard such great things about this location. I assume that maybe the economy the was it is that they decided to buy cheaper quality items in order to maintain low food costs. Unfortunately, the quality was sub par.
The chips that were served we overcooked and thick. The frozen margarita I ordered was slushy and half was just crushed ice, the guacamole was watery and the trio fajitas was decent. The shrimp was a little rubbery.
