Very excited about continuing the class.
The warm up this time was skip rope. I am good at skipping but found that I needed to learn how to double jump. Jump once and have the rope go twice around.
We did a lot of movements and again focused on form
- Shoulder Press
- Push Press
- Push Jerk
- Double Unders
- Wall Balls
- Sumo Deadlift High Pull
I was able to catch on quick with the exception of the Deadlift which gave me some form issues. I could go up properly but not down.
Michael was happy to see this. He said it was a rite of passage.

RX 150/20 modified to 75/10
Did 75 wall balls in 3:56 (slow)
I find myself having the strength, flexibility and drive to do all exercises. I lack conditioning, the ability to maintain high intensity for long periods of time. I know I will get better as I continue.
