I pulled out my old Polar heart rate monitor to track my time, calories and average bpm. Here are my results

* About half way I started having a very bad discomfort that made me walk about half the time. I will know better next time to prepare to avoid the discomfort.
NOTES: I ran the Peachtree Road Race on 2010 and noticed today I did not nearly struggle as much. My legs are not as fatigued. If I would have prepared better I know I could have done under an hour easily. Can’t wait til next time (kinda – tee – hee)
