What an awesome day to have a CrossFit/Bootcamp session outside.
Zach was the facilitator for me and 2 others.
- Sprint for 200 meters
- Dynamic Stretches on the way back
W.O.D.: AMRAP 20 minutes
- 100 Sit-Ups
- 90 Squats
- 80 Verticle Scissors
- 70 Lunge Walks
- 60 Row Boat
- 50 V-Ups
- 40 Push Ups
- 30 Burpees
- 20 Leap Frogs
- Sprint to Victory (up the stairs and jump on top of bench top with a yell)
In the event you were able to complete the first round you would start from the Sprint then 20 leap frogs, 30 Burpees and so on…
Needless to say that I was only able to complete 9 out of 10 within the time given and not able to give a mighty war cry.
