Did a weigh in, after having a very good dinner the night before with a good friend of mine I was pleasantly surprised with the scale, 214lbs. 20 more pounds to go.
- 400 meter jog
- Dynamic Stretches (outside – a beautiful day!)
W.O.D.: 5 rounds, For Time
- 15 Pull ups (L) – I did regular pull ups with a blue band on all sets
- 30 Push ups
- 45 Double unders – not good at those yet so I did 3:1 singles (135 skips)
Time: 28:24 not Rx
NOTES: I knocked out 3 rounds within 15 minutes but the last 2 I noticed a significant slow down. Not worried. Just beat after the pull ups.
