Des was the trainer, went to the 7:30 class because had a busy day. Not a fan because it’s so late in the day. I think I perform better in the morning. Nevertheless, completed the task.
- Ran 400 meters
- Dynamic Stretches
- 10 Frog Jumps
- 10 Kettle Swings
- 10 Dumbbell push ups
Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
21 Jumping pull-ups
65/45 pound barbell Thruster, 15 reps
Set up for your jumping pull up so that the bar is about 9″ below your max reach. Only count reps that start with the arms fully extended and chin over the bar.
Results: 8 rounds plus 18 jumping pull ups
Notes: I was very winded, no lungs. Need to improve endurance and recovery
