Warm Up:

  • 400 meter run
  • Dynamic stretches
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 squats
  • 20 sec hand stand hold
  • 5 push ups
  • 5 squats
  • 10 sec hand stand hold
W.O.D.: 5 rounds for time
  • 20 burpees
  • 10 hand stand push ups
  • 30 double unders
RESULTS: 21:15

NOTES: Need to get stronger for hand stand push ups and double unders. I can string together 5 – 10 in a row but loose rythem during the WOD.
