- 10 push ups
- 10 squats
- 20 sec hand stand hold
- 5 push ups
- 5 squats
- 10 sec hand stand hold
W.O.D.: 5 rounds for time
- 20 burpees
- 10 hand stand push ups
- 30 double unders

NOTES: Need to get stronger for hand stand push ups and double unders. I can string together 5 – 10 in a row but loose rythem during the WOD.
