I coached at Buckhead this morning so I went in an hour early to do my workout.
Buy In: 10 minutes to find my 1 rep max on Deadlift.
RESULTS: 315lbs. (last lift – 285lbs.)
NOTES: I lifted by butt a little to activate my hamstring. I completely understand that my shoulder and hips need to raise at the same time. In other words, my set up should be much deeper/lower with my chest higher. I’ve been experimenting a little and recognize I need to get some 1 on 1 with olympic lifts.
Cash Out:
Three rounds for time of:
- 95/65 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
- 15 L Pull-ups
- 95/65 pound Split-jerk, 15 reps
- 15 Knees to elbows
- 95/65 pound Hang clean, 15 reps
- 15 Back extensions, with 25/15 pound plate
RESULTS: 24:18 (mistakenly did hang power cleans instead of hang squat cleans)
