Well, this saturday will be my very first CrossFit competition. I am really excited. I am a newbie (barely 1 month into CrossFit) but I know I will be able to do the “Scaled” WOD’s.
Here is the list of the WOD’s – I hope they stick with this. I will be doing the men’s scaled (highlighted)
“Janet” (8 minute time limit) You better get some in this one!!
5 rounds for time of:
- 3 Squat cleans – 115#
- Row 10 calories
“Chrissy” (10 minute time limit) Totally doable but who will do it with the fastest time?
3 rounds for time of:
- Row 300 meters
- 30 Double unders (90 single unders)
- Rope climb, 15 feet (10 jumping rope pull-ups)
“Tripper” (15 minute AMRAP) Muscular and cardio respiratory endurance anyone?
- 3 burpee squat cleans
- 3 burpee thrusters
- 3 burpee snatch
- Run 200 meters
