  • Skip rope
  • Dynamics
  • 65% of max x 5 reps – 85lbs.
  • 75% of max x 3 – 95lbs.
  • 80% of max x max reps – 115lbs. x 4

For seven rounds, working in intervals of 30 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest alternating between:

  • Squats – 24, 23, 22
  • Sit-ups – 16, 16
  • Push-ups – 24, 14

Results: 139 total
