Instead of during the warm up, I practiced squatting using the column. Sung and Nathan pointed out that I was not upright enough.
Nevertheless, I have figured out a routine to help improve my flexibility and balance.
Complete as many rounds in 15 minutes as you can of:
- Handstand push-ups 5 reps (GHD Push Ups)
- Weighted Push Ups 25/15, 10 reps (used 25lb weight)
- Ring Dips 15 reps (used the yellow band for assistance)
Results: 3 rounds completed – 5 GHD PU, 10 Push Ups with 25lbs., and 10 ring dips – 5 shy of completing the 4th round.
