This is a pyramid style workout:

  • 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1,
  • 800 meter run
  • 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
  • Hang Power Snatch (Rx = 40% of bw – did 65libras)
  • Overhead Squats (Rx = 40% of bw – did bar 35libras)
  • Ring Dips

Results: Got to about half of the run
