Started my day with a mile walk with the doggies then quickly jumped into my Home Dungeon WOD of:

3 rounds of:

  • 500m row
  • 10 deadlifts @ 135lbs.
  • 10 ring rows palms down
  • 10 gobbet squats @ 35lbs kettle bell

Finishing with a 50cal assault bike

Time: 23:57
