Decided to do 2 a days. Of course, I would go hard core on the 1st WOD then go light on the 2nd just for cardio and form purposes.

- Stretching with pvc
- 3 x 3 snatch
W.O.D.: 5 rounds for Time
- 5 Power clean jerks (95lbs)
- 10 Burpees
- 15 Pull ups (light green band)
