Ground to Overhead

I went in early because I had to coach the noon class at Buckhead. Instead of doing the regular scheduled WOD, I decided to do Sunday’s. I am still recovering over my cold and not regained my strength.

Warm Up:

  • Skipped rope
  • Dynamic Stretches

W.O.D.: Ground to overhead

  • 95lbs. on the minute
  • 1st min. – 1 rep, 2nd min.- 2 reps, 3rd min. – 3 reps, etc.

RESULTS: 9 rounds 😦 – I was shooting for 13!!!

NOTES: I must have been retarded that day because I was doing some silly little split clean movement. When I train by myself I usually take a video to check my range of motion and technique.
