Body Fat Test

My diet as of late has not been the best. I hope that with CrossFit and Yoga I have been able to offset some drinking and kryspy creme doughnuts.

Here are the results: 15.6%

My new goal is 11%-12%

It was a very interesting experience.

I was in board shorts and went into the back of a trailer where they had a scale and a dunk tank.

You first weighed yourself dry then you submerge yourself into a nicely heated dunk tank face down with a weight holding you down. You take a large breathe and when you’re submerged you exhale releasing all the air out of your body.

 

Once you’ve done that about 3 times, he has the results ready for you!
